Please read these terms carefully before using VaultSchool enterprise services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and all terms incorporated by reference.

1Introduction

Welcome to VaultSchool ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VaultSchool digital asset management platform, website, and related enterprise services.
By creating an account or using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2User Obligations
To maintain the security and integrity of the VaultSchool ecosystem, users must adhere to the following obligations:
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and multi-factor authentication methods. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use VaultSchool for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or storing prohibited content.
  • Accuracy of Info: All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date for KYC/AML compliance.
3Payment Terms
Subscription Fees

Fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable unless required by local law.

Late Payments

Accounts with overdue balances exceeding 15 days may be subject to service restriction or temporary suspension.

Enterprise clients may be subject to custom service level agreements (SLAs) and invoicing schedules as defined in their specific Service Order.

4Platform Usage

VaultSchool grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for internal business operations.

"The user retains all ownership rights to data uploaded to the platform. VaultSchool claims no ownership over user-generated content or stored assets."

You shall not attempt to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
  • Circumvent any security features or rate limiting.
  • Use automated scrapers or bots to extract data from the service.
5Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULTSCHOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
